Realization of this project of a dwelling house is possible
on the site of six hundred correct configuration (rectangular)
with observance of normative indents and breaks.
To increase the speed and quality of construction and reduce the price
and the number of construction works on the selected site
structural scheme with transverse bearing walls
from prefabricated concrete.
Foundation - prefabricated reinforced concrete.
Walls - a team triple-layer panel made of two reinforced concrete layers
with a heat-insulating layer between them. As a thermal insulation
non-combustible mineral wool insulation is used
a thickness of 150mm, which ensures the implementation of the current rules on
energy savingsand reducing the cost of heating the building.
Prefabricated prefabricated reinforced concrete with subsequent installation
sound absorbing layer of expanded clay.
Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete.
The nomenclature of bulk products of the OVERBETON plant is taken as the basis.

Ескизный проект клубного дома в стиле голандского кубизма и миниализма. Г. Киев. район Академ городок ул. Бучанская. Проект создан в сотрудничестве с Виктором Загородним и Галиной Егоровой.

та кількості будівельних монтажних робіт на ділянці обрана
конструктивна схема з поперечними несущими стінами
з збірного залізобетону.
Фундамент - збірний залізобетонний.
Стіни - збірна трьохшарова панель з двух залізобетоних шарів
з теплоізоляційним шаром між ними. В якості теплоізоляції
використовуються негорючий мінераловатний утеплювач
товщиною 150мм, що забеспечує виконанню чинних норм по
енергозбереженнюта зменшенню витрат на опалення будівлі.
Перекриття збірне залізобетонне з послідуючим влаштуванням
звукопоглинаючого шару з керамзитобетону.
Сходи - збірний залізобетон.
